The microcomponents in
sacks are moved on the upper backing plate of the installation,
where an operator manually pours different thypes of ingredients
in a feedbox with a chimney and a filter with automatic cleaning
of sleeves. An electric truck moves the feedbox on the hopper
desired, then trough a valve that opens the product passes in the
hopper below. |
The installation is
equipped with 36 hoppers of 0,55 mc each with 36 screw conveyors
in special execution that extract the microingredients sending
them in four balances from the capacity of some dozens of kilos.
After the weighing a pneumatic conveyor transports the different
components to the destination desired. |
